Welcome to the organizing website! My name is Arjun Khak and I am a senior in high school learning about business leadership. As of today, I have completed the fifth unit, organizing, and this website is a summative project for it. You will find three lessons for the unit covered in detail on this website: directions in organizational structures, job design alternatives and alternative work arrangements, and the individual and the organization. These main topics are listed on the navigation bar at the top and if you hover above them with your computer mouse, you will see drop menus. Please note that since the titles of two of the main topics are long, they have been listed under "more..." in the navigation bar. Clicking items in the drop menus will allow you to get to the meat, or concepts, of the lesson. Key terms, which are words or phrases that are significant to each concept, are bolded and in bright red.
