what is it all about?

Picture
Job rotation broadens the variety that a task can have by moving employees between separate jobs that involve different task assignments. Job rotation can either be done permanently or temporarily. Job rotation is normally done temporarily if the manager of a company wants employees to get an idea of the kind of jobs other employees have to to perform. This increases the level of understanding that employees have of the challenges and benefits one another have to face.
